Shree Shanta Synfab LLP has recently completed a massive expansion of all its facilities. The plant now has a capacity to manufacture 15 Million meters of fabrics per annum in its weaving department. New projects are being considered for expansion. The unit is one of a kind in the region, all our production sub-divisions are equipped with the latest equipment. The whole unit is based on the latest technologies available in the world, to get products that comply with international standards. Constant upgrades in technology are done to keep abreast with the world.

Fabrics are made on SULZER (projectile) looms and processed on the latest processing machinery. These are used for production of a wide variety of suiting between 54 and 60 inches wide. The typical GSM varies from 175 to 400. A variety of counts are used. All our Suiting Fabrics meet the specific promised standards.

Sulzer looms are a type of shuttleless weaving machine commonly used in the textile industry. They are named after the Swiss company Sulzer, which developed and manufactured these looms.

Sulzer looms are known for their high-speed operation and versatility in producing a wide range of fabrics. They utilize a projectile system to insert the weft yarn across the warp threads, eliminating the need for a traditional shuttle. This design allows for faster weaving speeds and reduces the risk of yarn breakage.

Here are some key features and advantages of Sulzer looms:

High Speed: Sulzer looms are renowned for their high production rates. They can achieve weaving speeds of several hundred picks per minute, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency.

Versatility: These looms are suitable for weaving various types of fabrics, including plain weaves, twills, satins, and complex patterns. They can handle a wide range of yarns, including cotton, polyester, silk, and blends.

Precision and Quality: Sulzer looms offer excellent fabric quality and precise control over the weaving process. They can produce fabrics with consistent selvedges, uniform density, and minimal defects.

Reduced Yarn Waste: The shuttleless design of Sulzer looms eliminates the need for pirn winding and reduces yarn waste compared to conventional shuttle looms. This contributes to cost savings and sustainability in textile production.

Automation and Control: Modern Sulzer looms feature advanced automation and control systems. They can be equipped with computerized monitoring and adjustments for efficient operation, fault detection, and easy pattern changes.

Wide Loom Width: Sulzer looms are available in various widths to accommodate different fabric requirements. They can handle large-scale production of wider fabrics, such as upholstery materials and industrial textiles.
